- Introduction
Welcome to Onexla, a comprehensive cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) system designed specifically for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses. Our platform enables efficient business management with robust features aimed at streamlining operations and maximizing productivity.
- Key Functionalities
Onexla offers a range of functionalities essential for modern businesses, including:
- Supplier stock and payment management
- Multi-branch stock control
- Barcode scanning and printing
- Multiple invoice printing formats
- Customer transaction and credit tracking
- Profit & loss accounting insights
With access from internet-enabled devices like mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops, Onexla supports seamless connectivity and data accessibility from anywhere, a feature that traditional POS systems lack.
- Additional Modules
Onexla also offers supplementary modules upon request, which can be added to the main POS software:
- Repair Service Module for electronic repair businesses
- Manufacturing Module for production-based businesses and restaurants
- E-commerce Integration Module
These modules are available at an additional subscription fee, which is billed monthly along with an initial installation fee.
- Pricing & Packages
Onexla pricing is based on business size, features required, and any customizations. We offer five packages depending on:
- Number of user accounts
- Number of business locations
- Support and customization requirements
An official quotation will be provided upon completion of a Quotation Request Form (QRF), valid for 30 days. Payment details are then issued upon quotation approval.
- Payments
Full payment is required to initiate services. Payments can be made via bank transfer or deposit. Monthly subscription fees can be paid monthly or annually and should be cleared at the beginning of each month. Delayed payments may lead to account deactivation, with overdue accounts deactivated for three consecutive months being permanently removed from our system.
- Payment Methods
Clients may pay through:
- Bank deposit or online transfer
- Credit or debit card for direct package renewal through the Onexla software interface
Credit card payments will result in immediate renewal, while bank deposits may take up to one working day.
- Registration & Implementation
Upon onboarding, our team assists in setting up your business on Onexla by:
- Registering your business details
- Uploading product lists, current stocks, customer details, and supplier information
Clients are responsible for providing data in the specified formats, and additional fees may apply if data is submitted in unsupported formats.
- After-Sales Service & Support
Support hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., excluding public holidays.
We classify support inquiries as follows:
- Free Support for feature clarification, system access issues, operational bugs, and billing inquiries, with resolution times ranging from immediate to one working day.
- Paid Support for new feature development, system improvements, hardware issues, or other non-standard inquiries. Fees and timelines will be communicated for these requests.
Critical support requests will receive priority, and clients are advised to subscribe to a suitable package to ensure comprehensive support.
- Support Channels
Clients may contact our support team through:
- Ticket System: Accessible via the Onexla portal with a history of past tickets.
- Phone Support: Available to registered users only.
- Remote Desktop Support: A remote support option for in-depth troubleshooting or demonstrations.
- On-Site Visits: Available upon request, with additional fees applicable for extra visits and client-provided accommodations for team members.
- Software Updates
Onexla is regularly updated with new features, enhancements, and bug fixes, released monthly or bi-monthly. Clients are entitled to the latest technical features, design changes, and structural updates at no additional charge.
- Data Security & Backup
Your data is securely stored in cloud-hosting servers located in Singapore, with daily backups allowing for recovery within a 7-day window. While data retrieval may take up to 14 days, recovery requests are typically fulfilled without charge in cases of system error.
- Non-Use Accounts
Failure to utilize the system for a specified period may result in account termination. It is recommended that users remain active to avoid loss of service and data.
- Legal Compliance
Onexla and its clients are expected to comply with applicable legal standards, including court orders. We reserve the right to refuse requests for data release unless mandated by a valid legal order.
- Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and branding remain the exclusive property of Onexla and BeesPoint (Pvt) Ltd. Use of our intellectual property is permitted only within the scope of our services.
